Frequently Asked Questions

Single-ply paper is a standard thick cardstock commonly used for save the dates, invitations, and stationery. It feels sturdy while still being lightweight and easy to mail.
Double-ply paper is an elevated option created by mounting two sheets of cardstock together, resulting in an extra-thick, substantial feel.
If you are unsure which option is best for your event, I highly recommend ordering the “Single & Double Ply Paper Sample Kit” before placing a bulk order so you can compare the weight and feel in person!

Turnaround time varies depending on the size and complexity of your order. A single-piece design, such as a Save the Date with custom watercolor artwork, may take up to 3 months from the start of the design process to final delivery. Full invitation suites may require additional time depending on the number of pieces included. I will communicate all estimated timelines on a case-by-case basis throughout the process!
Timing can also vary based on factors such as:
Number of revisions requested (includes 5 complimentary revisions; additional revisions beyond the initial 5 are $50 each and may extend turnaround time)
Guest addressing services
Printing and production timelines
Quantity ordered
I recommend placing your order as soon as you have your venue, wedding date, color palette, and wedding website finalized (if you are using one) to allow plenty of time for customization and production!
